A bespoke custom-designed dual home development with a prominent North Randwick address. This luxurious tri-level residence offers style and sophistication along with an exclusive lifestyle, a short stroll from cafes and the vibrant village. When Fiducia first identified this site for development, we wanted to develop a dual home project that would architecturally push the limits of the site for maximum impact visually and also spatially. Collaborating with James Garvan, we were able to create a seamless blend of luxury, urban living and coherence within the natural environment. Making a big impact on a small scale is another reason we love this project.
