Our process of collaboration and development management allows Fiducia to utilise our expertise and resources to provide customised exemplary management services to large scale premium residences. We are pleased to introduce Oak House. An exclusive freestanding waterfront Heritage icon transformed into a private home. A study in warmth, contrast and European sensibility, Fiducia worked closely with the clients and design team to deliver an open plan, luxurious and natural palette. From the oak-lined ceiling, heavy linen drapes and accents of brass and marble throughout, every material has been carefully selected to build a layered, understated aesthetic. This private residence project included a full internal regeneration working within Heritage constraints, remediation works to the façade, landscaping and interior fitout.
