Welcome to the final issue of The Journal for 2022 as we wrap up another year at Fiducia.

We are heading into Summer with our newest Fiducia project, The Callista Cronulla.  With these stunning apartments DA Approved and on the market, we have been working closely with the local Cronulla team at Highland Property to sell these off the plan. This project hits the Fiducia heart strings for a number of reasons – firstly it’s our sweet spot in terms of a beautiful coastal location, secondly we have partnered with boutique interior designer Chloe Matters to create interiors reminiscent of the Mediterranean dream and finally we are activating our Live Love Local plan in the vibrant Cronulla community.  Construction will kick off early 2023.

On the other side of the harbour, our Art Deco beauty The Harriette Residences are now complete with construction by Australex – our residents are making the most of their North Shore lifestyles and the exclusive Harriette Club.  Finally, The House Collection by Fiducia at Greenwich are fully construction complete and sold-out with street records thanks to the team at Belle Property Lane Cove.   The Fiducia team are working with some super talented teams on our high-end residential consultancy business and as we move into 2023 we have some exciting developments to share!
