This month we were thrilled to announce the lodgement of our DA for a very excision mixed-use development in Tuggerah on the NSW Central Coast. The site is strategically located and connected to major transport hubs and existing destinations including Westfield Tuggerah. The majority of the site is ex-industrial and we are working with some of the foremost experts in space and placemaking in Australia to create a compelling master plan that will contribute significantly to Tuggerah’s future.
Industrial development is having a moment in the spotlight as it is recognised one of the areas forecasting growth in the property sector post COVID-19. Last week our friends at Urban Developer publish an article linked below which covers the viewpoints of a number of major analysts.
We are certainly excited to be diversifying our portfolio and exploring the type of development trends that have regenerated industrial sites around the world with activators including arts precincts, tourism destinations, data and IT infrastructure and food and entertainment landmarks.
