The Harriette by Fiducia project has been selected as a Finalist in the UDIA NSW 2022 Awards for Excellence in the Small-Scale Infill Development category. We are honoured at the nomination and the recognition of design excellence.  Special thanks to our architect team at PBD Architecture and the interior team from Alexander & Co who collaborated with Fiducia to bring the Harriette to life.

Grace Northbridge by Fiducia is a fantastic project that we developed in collaboration with DKO Architecture and Coco Republic in 2018, so we are extremely proud that these stunning urban residences continue to be acknowledged years later.
