Buying into The Harriette is more than just purchasing bricks and mortar, the newly completed development of 10 luxury apartments is a lifestyle choice with everything on hand from a personal sommelier to a dog groomer.

Just two homes remain – the palatial two-storey threebedroom penthouse and a single-level apartment.

“Some off-the-plan projects are taking time to come through due to supply chain and labour issues, which makes this development so attractive because it’s all done and looks fantastic,” says Colin Griffin of Mc- Grath Projects.

Named after the Neutral Bay street, The Harriette was built by Lower North Shore developer Fiducia with the design acumen of PBD Architects, interiors by Alexander & Co and landscaping by Wyer & Co.

Inspired by elegant Art Deco themes with contemporary elements throughout, there is a grand emerald marble foyer and the individual residences have bespoke lighting, handcrafted panel- ling, herringbone floors, brass accents and Calacatta Gold marble surfaces.

Each kitchen features marble and custom joinery, high-end integrated appliances, floor-to-ceiling cupboards and large butler’s pantries.

Residence 10 is a house-sized apartment over two floors with three bedrooms, an open-plan lower level including a vast terrace and an upper level with a primary suite and second lounge room, plus two additional al-fresco spaces – one with city and harbour views. With two car spaces, the property measures 242sq m on title.

All on one level, residence 4 is 164sq m on title with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room and private terrace. Residents also have access to a secure car lift and Club Harriette, an on-site concierge that transforms the building into a five-star hotel-style community.

Club members have the luxury of a sommelier delivering personally selected wines to a private cellar, catered meals, lifestyle services including dry cleaning, housekeeping and flowers, plus chauffeur services, a pet concierge and health and wellness treatments.
